When we sin and by so doing hurt God, it is good for us to repent and turn back to God and ask His forgiveness, with humility. And when we do this, God will surely forgive us our sins and heal us of our guilt and sorrow which are results of our sin.

If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land.
2 Chronicles 7:14 (NIV)

God has demonstrated His complete willingness to forgive us, if we would only turn to Him in prayer and humility, asking for it. Do not hesitate today, pray and ask for that forgiveness which God is so willing to give, and receive the healing which you so desperately long for.
