In the same way that you keep in contact with your friends using Instant Message software, the I am Praying 4 You community uses internet technology to connect members with their prayer requests and prayers.

To participate in the praying community you need to download the “I am Praying 4 You” software, install it in your computer, and register. This software will provide you with the options to send prayer requests, retrieve prayer requests, and be notified when somebody from the community has prayed for you.

At any time you can retrieve prayer requests which you may pray for. After you pray for one of them you can click on the button [I am Praying 4 You] to notify the person that you have prayed for him/her. Each time someone prays for somebody else, a little window will pop up in the right bottom corner of the computer’s screen showing who has prayed. It is a very nice feeling to know that somebody is considering us in their prayers.

When you close the software window it will remain in your Mac Dock or Windows System Tray. In this state the software will continue monitoring and notifying if someone has prayed for you. Click on the icon to open the software’s main window to pray for somebody.

You are invited to download the software and start sharing your prayer requests with us. We want to pray for you, and we want you to pray for us. We also invite you to tell others about this praying community. There is a special button built into the software for this purpose. It makes sharing an easy task.

The software is available for the MS Windows, Mac OS X, and Linux operating systems. An internet connection is required in order to post and retrieve requests. In the download page you will find the necessary OS requirements.

The software provides the option to register in the community. We invite you to join us in this community of praying Christians.
